Hello aceonetheriver,

PLO HU is indeed a very tough game to learn that has sick swings. Because its HU though i believe that its all about adapting to the player and knowing when to play hands conservatively and when to play them aggressively. Also hand ranges are also hard to understand because there is such a wide range.

But like i said its all about player adaption. If there very passive and the come out betting on a 3 flush + Straight board and you have top set then its likely you can fold. If there very aggressive and you have reads they can barrel with air and you have top 2 pair when a 3 flush hits the river, then maybe you can call just because of his style.

This advice is not solid, and im hoping someone else will follow up with a reply, but im just trying to put it into context as i know there arent very many PLO HU players

nh, nothing you can do, just a typical omaha setup only JJ and AA kill you, you get max value from villain's flush.

Edit: checked your hands in Omaha Hand Evaluation. I think you should read Ratatuj teaches kung-fu and Omaha . It's really helpful for beginners to help them identify which hand is good and which is not preflop.
