Hi blejan!

I see J on the river as a blank( there are not many Jx hands that call flop and turn) so I would make a thin value bet on the river. This guy seems bad( due to his limp preflop and passive play) and he will very often have some low pair or even Ahigh than he will call the river too. If he raises you have a pretty easy fold against such a guy.
