the CO is 29/21 during 29 hands.

what is best line here? we still have MP2 act after us and we OOP. we sure can not call. so 4bet and commit or fold?

I tend to 4bet/call, but its very situational (we dont have MP2's stats), Im not worried too much about CO's range (although we dont know his 3bet!) and MP2 will often be forced to fold to your cold4bet

fold right away before flop will definitely save you some variance

if you want to 4bet/fold do it with 72o
