No stats on villain, because I sit down just a couple of hands before.

Hi,

Against an unknown half stack I'm shoving too. The problem with those guys is that only after the first time you call you know if that's their strange way of getting value from monsters or that's their funny way of ending their session with a mediocre hand.
But again against an half stack I'm taking the variance. btw even those few hands that you saw him play can you an idea if is really bad or just bad.

I looked fresh at this hand now and I not really like shoving that much any more. As I see the idea behind 4bet with AK is that sometimes you make an opponent to fold, sometimes you got called by PP and out flop them and sometimes (but vary rare because we have blockers) you are against KK or AA when you are scrued.
he 3bet us with half of his stack so he is not going anywhere. we basically have 0 fold equity.
So if he is not completely retarded we flipping or way behind.

That is why I think now that this play was very bad from me.

Most of those guys are retarded... AQ,99+ are in their range. but like I said some of those guys will only do with it AK,QQ+ so the first time is a bit of gamble.

It is shove, since he´d might also 3-bet there with AJ/AQ
and with AK you get odds to shove against TT-QQ
