I would barrel on turn as well. Betting has few more advantages than calling. You might have the best hand becouse he flops a pair in 1/3 cases and since he is calling station he might be calling with weak ace, any diamond or with str8 draw for example. And betting would create bigger pot so if you hit your nuts you might stack him if he is calling with good diamond.
agree. i suggest half potting it so u give yourself a good price. he might bet with a pair himself but he will check back his weaker hands
I'd bet bigger at the flop, like $9.50-$10.50 and just put him all in on the turn (due to his stacksize).
Precisely because his range is that wide the bet is very good - he'll have a very weak hand oftentimes so he'll often fold hands like 5x, 3x, pocket pairs like 88 which gives you a lot of foldequity and at the same time he's perhaps still calling with worse draws like K :diamond:x or even a non- 
KT for an OESD.
