What is your line on the turn?Barrel again? For what reasons? To fold a Q?
On what range would you put him in this case?

As played, i think i should check/call river.

I don´t mind if he calls Qx on the turn, so I´d likely bet to get called by worse Kx or Qx hands and also purpose for metagame, if I´m going to barrel there turn with 54 then I could also bet turn for value with Kx
I think c/c turn and c/c river are also fine line
Betting yourself is also ok, but I think he´d fold there Qx, calls with Kx and raise with better hands
So betting yourself is not terrible, you just don´t let him bluff and maybe bet with weaker hands than yours
