if I make a deposit at Everest poker now, though I haven't received any bonus from you guys yet, would I still be eligible for the +$200 additional bonus?
I was asked for ID so I guess I have to wait until next week to receive any bonus...

I must admit that I'm not too familiar with Everest, however looking at the following thread, it seems to suggest that the first deposit bonus is provided on a deposit (within 30 days) after receiving the $50 starting capital. It might therefore pay to wait a couple of days and deposit after receiving your starting capital.
It shouldn't take too long to receive your starting capital, but keep an eye on your emails and the support tickets in case support try to contact you.
