I would call PF for setmining.
call flop because you have an overpair and a weak draw.
Check turn behind and check river behind.

I think the raise on flop is definitely good, otherwise you have no idea if you are ahead or behind.

I would bet the turn, as hopefully he'll have something like AK.

But definitely check behind the river, he called you on the turn so he's probably not folding on the river.

Hard to say really without reads, but i usually don't like information raises. He's c-betting a very ugly flop for his range and if he's a decent tag you're almost bluffing, the only hands worse than yours he might continue with will be 88 and the occasional T9s/A9s. For that reason when he calls the raise i'd likely just look for a showdown from the turn onward. But i'd likely just flat the flop to begin with and expect most tags to shut down on the turn if they don't have TT beat.

If he's a loose aggro fish than raising is probably okay since he could have a lot more 8x/9x type of hands in his range, but then you're probably forced to call it off against that kind of player when he shoves over your raise, so you better be sure this is a value raise on your part.
