you can check the river, it is ok any A, 6, 4, is kicking your ass. any overpair would have shoved on the flop.

anything else would not really call your value bet so why make it?

If Sb is aggressive 3-bettor then you can also 4-bet and get all-in pf, although calling flop is also ok.
I´d raise flop to 10$, since you don´t hold nuts on that board and raising small you easily give villain option to hit his straight/flushdraw.
turn and river are fine. Don´t think he´d call very often with worse hands and since you checked turn, then he is likely going to c/c with QQ/KK
