Tough one, he can represent AQ/KQ pretty well and most players would indeed jam trips in that spot to prevent any of the flushdraws from getting there.

However since most of your stack already went in and you're getting almost 3:1 on a call, you likely have to call it off on the offchance he's ever doing that with a draw, which is reasonable for him to have there since BU defending range to a 3bet is usually wider. NH i guess.

If you think that he'll jam draws over a normal turn bet and use that to justify calling it off as played, then it's all the more reason not to push those draws out of pot by shoving the turn yourself, since you'll just end up 2 outing at best against Qx when you get called. A line that lets you get money out of worse hands is better.
