what range would you put an unknown on who makes a s/c push from SB?
i was thinking something like 22-66 and A2-A9.
so i would call like 33+A7+
would you put him on a tighter or looser range?
and do you think he also does it with better hands?

i know of course that each player is different but i am just talking about the average s/c pushing unknown.
Ehh whats a s/c push?
You mean going-all in as first in to steal in SnGs or tourneys?
its explained in this gold article.

its a range of hands you can push profitable FI SB even if your opponent knew your cards.
but many people use a much wider range than in the chart.
s/c push sux, as u know, and should be called with standard sss ranges or any pair imho.
but how would u know its a s/c push unless u have seen the player do it a few times?
unless i was sure i would only call with AK,AA,kk,qq,jj unless i felt like gambling.

thing about open pushes from sb is that people do it with hands they dont want to play postflop.
i would feel confident callling with the range i posted.
