Don't want to give away too much, but yes it was a bad beat, and I wouldn't ask the question if it wasn't a funny one 
I need villain's actual hand though for the answer to be correct!
EDIT: one final hint: Stove gives me 98.3% equity after the flop

i´m at university so i don´t have stove and my hd is full but i think the equity should be alright with 23o

I thought it was funny that the best possible hand loses to the worst possible hand. Villain is added to my buddy list. He can call down my Aces with 32o anytime!
Why is it a clear 3-bet? What would he raise the river with except a completed flush (or straight, but I didn't think of that during the hand). If I 3-bet I'm basically calling his bluff, right? If he bluffs, then calling is enough, because he will fold to my 3-bet, if he doesn't bluff then I lose one bet less if I just call.
Only hand where it would make sense to me is A5 (or maybe A4) when villain hits two pair and genuinely thinks he has me beat.
He will raise with lower trips two pairs and all sorts of crap don´t give any credit to his raises you saw what he called you down with. In any case I think you are good here 9/10 times.

You have a monster and only a backdoor straight or flush beats you. He might hit a twopair or set which is more likly.
