No!
If they have a pair they will call for sure but if they have just A-high they might call as well but not bet themselve. A draw might call as well and no bet himself so you only lose by checking here. They won't give you quads here very often. They may even see you bluffing and raise with a worse hand so you can 3-bet.

Slowplaying is rarely correct on the microlimits. In a multiway pot it's almost never correct so just play straight forward here.

no you shouldn´t. very easy value bets all the way. the second Q is an excellent card for you because nobody will believe you a Q anymore and any 6, most pockets and even some 3x will call you again. i don´t like a check at all. the board is quite drawy. obviously (almost) every draw has 0 outs against you BUT most draws will check behind if you check and not try to take down the pot against 4 other people on a blank turn -> but they will call your bet... so bet :).
maybe you will even get raised by something like 77-TT or A6 etc.. then you can 3-bet and maybe trap a draw
