CO is stealing 38% overall but on a small sample (34 hnds total). A resteal shove suggests itself but my stack is akwardly sized. Not big enough to be able to shove without fear; not small enough to shove out of desperation. I opted for the call and BB repop shoves. It's a standard play by unknown villain and so part of me likes the call since we have a flip so often with a ton of dead $. On the other hand, our stack is such that we are very likely (if not quite certain) to get in the money by simply playing conservatively, so the fold seems safest.
Is this the right reaction to the squeeze here?
If so, then the mistake is to call in the first place since we make the squeeze play so enticing for a shortie with any kind of a hand. Should we just shove vs the original raiser and if someone behind wakes up with a monster that's life?
