I'd probably just check/call the river. Cooler if he has a better hand. Bet/calling's fine too depending on how spazzy he is (more spazzy -> check/call, less -> bet/call).

I also lead the flop here. Villain won't be cbetting very loosely on such a wet coordinated board (and he will still call/raise with good hands) and we want max value against the fish (who we are rather deepstacked against) AND it's effectively a limped pot because of the minraise preflop.
