Agreed. Does buy-in size matter here?

Yes.

in a $22 i would be somewhat concerned about a reg having a set.

but on the other hand a reg wouldnt pot bet the turn with the flush or a set .

$2-$10 i would just go broke with the overpair

Well He could have a lot of draws on the flop, and 7d can be helpful for him a lot of times. But even he has only a draw on the turn let's say 50% he'll sometimes beat me, but if he has a complete hand I have hardly any outs. So calling 1 to 2 is not a good idea I still think.

1. that board is not draw heavy at all. the only draw there is a flush draw or gutshots with 67 or something (very unlikely)

2. what kind of made hand do you think he has on this board? the only made hand i can see that is even remotely possible for some kind of semi-decent player is A8.

3. he would value bet 99/TT which you crush.

so the only hands you are crushed against are QQ/KK/AA and sets.

value bet every street! you are way ahead

Actually regs would more or less never flat the flop with a set.

Here on the turn we have 2329 chips effective left with a pot of 1050. I think we can still bet/fold the turn profitably ie. bet 550 chips and fold to a raise. The other option is to check/call smaller bets and check/raise all-in on larger bets. I prefer the former against more passive/unknown opponents and the latter against more aggressive opponents. If we bet the turn we shuoldn't be betting the river for value. Just check/evaluate (usually fold) against most opponents.
