bet a little more on the turn
I think you can bet river 7-8$ to get more value hands that you beat

if i bet more on the turn and he 3-bets me do I fold?


I think you´d b/f turn anyway even betting 1/2 pot. I think b/f turn is ok line, unless you have some reads that he may be semibluffing there. At that case bet/shove is better line
