Sucks so much, I was playing so well in this tournament with over 800 entrants, and I was even chip leader with 30 people left. I played really well but when there was 10 players left I got 6's in the small blind, button min raised which I saw as an obvious blind steal (blinds were huge) so I just pushed over him and he snap called with 10's :(. Then I only had 10,000 left and lost my all in hand. Sucks to be so close to the final table and come 10th.

Ouch! I really want to satellite into that tournament as well.
I satellited into the 2500FTP sattelite. Any tips on how to play it? Top 100 get paid and there will probably be around 1200 ppl. Play tight as hell?
you can try surviving or try pouncing on the tightness of everyone else around you
i tried the latter, went ahead on a flop with K9, made top pair on A high board, check/called. 9 turned, i check shoved and got busted when he rivered Q for his AQ.
still i think i made a good choice.

Yeah I went out pretty early, I won a couple pots early. Got Aks in the small blind, raised, got re-raised by the big blind (bigger stack than me) I pushed with AKs.. he had 9's and he flopped a 9 and I lost. Oh well 
avoid marginal situations with chip stacks that can threaten your tourney life. when you see an opportunity to get chips grab it , don't hesitate.
