is it better to put him AI directly? I didnt realize my raise would commit him (mistake i assume ♦) and i find myself on the turn in a pretty ugly spot..
What if turn is a blank? Go broke here?

Wonder what this could be..

Hi,

I like your play actually, board is drawy and we don't beat that many Ax hands since AJ-AK/A8/A9 have us crushed. His minbet line does look like a draw tho, but unless you think he'd just call it off if you shove (don't get me wrong, some fish obviously will) i like your raise better in position, almost every fish will stick around for this price. It gives him a chance to stick around with worse Ax hands too, and it will "commit" him to the pot even if he misses so he'll often just throw the rest of his money in there on a blank turn if you don't give him a choice for just a potsize bet. Which you shouldn't, it's a clear shove on your part if he checks a blank turn.
