Hi,

villains line is most probably a set.
Furthermore there is a theorem, where your 1 pair hands aren't likely good to a raise on turn. So, as hard as it is it should be bet/fold on turn.

Let's see what the judges think.

If player was passive b/f is ok, but here villain is aggressive, so he can maybe do some moves, although on dry board he would likely only raise 9x with flushdraw and even then he might just call thinking he doesn´t have any fold equity.
So b/f is a little better than b/shove, although I think very good line is also c/rai, where your defend your c/f line and since it is a littlebit suspicious he might call with 9x to see if you were not bluffing with AK or smt.
