Entering the PokerStrategy code is vital to ensure you have a fully tracked account. Unless Titan poker support are happy to enter this code for you (which from past experience I doubt), you will need to choose a different poker platform where you can receive your starting capital and bonus.

You can choose one from your home page, just ensure you read the download instructions and follow each step carefully.

I've changed platform but cant fill in with "player ID" its locked.

This usually means you have already filled in the field however it might be because you previously chose a place for your starting capital. Just contact support, explain the problem and provide them with your username.
