did i play this right? and how would i go about playing it if we were both 100bb deep?

Hi,

As it is you can't really do anything differently, he's a halfstacker so he's bad and liable to have just about anything. Maybe raise a bit less in case he thinks he has more fold equity that way. NH.

Not sure being 100bb deep changes much if we assume he's still the same bad player (most of our read that he's bad comes from the fact he's running around 50bb). If we don't then the more credit you give the guy the more you want to just flat the flop, because if he doesn't have draws in his range and he's reasonable he's not going to stack off with worse pairs often and you'll get to see a set when he 3bets. If you think he can't fold 7x/88-TT, meaning likely he'll bet/call and call a turn shove for pot odds, then raise/folding is okay.
