Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP3$43.55:///////;CO$85.80:///////;BU$66.20:///////;SB(Hero)$53.75:///////;BB$50.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q:d, Q:s.
MP3 calls $0.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $3.00, BB folds, MP3 calls $2.50.

Flop: ($6.5) 4:d, 9:h, J:h (2 players)
Hero bets $4.50, MP3 calls $4.50.

Turn: ($15.5) T:c (2 players)
Hero bets $9.50, MP3 raises to $19.00

Opp's statistics: VPIP:50 / PFR:6 /AGR:3.5/ 18hands

Preflop: I bet 6 BB, 4BB+1BB per limper+1BB out of position.
Flop: What should be my line here? Is it b/f or b/shove? I think it is bet/shove, because there could be a lot of draw hands.
Turn: I don't want to see a  or T,J,A.
I think I made a mistake here by betting, because opponent could have JT, KQ, sometimes 9T. I got reraised.
Should I play this c/c, then evaluate on the river?
Is this could be played as way ahead/way behind situation? (lot of draws)
Opponent gives me great pot odds, but is call reasonable here?
As played, can I possibly shove it in? Looks like though fold to me.

Hello,

Flop: I am bet/shoving such flop against this player on such flop because of the draws and also you have an overpair what could be likely the best hand.
Turn: Here I guess I am Bet/Folding, I don't expect him to raise here with weaker hand.

Best regards,
Rensu

if you´re going to bet for value I think you have to go with your hand
he can easily semibluff there with pair+draw and if you´re behind against JT/9T you have 36% equity
So either c/c turn and likely c/c river or bet/shoving seems here good play against loose player
