Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

CO is mostly unknown but looks loose passive

Obviously I had to bet more on the flop, I think 1,25 would do the job :)
But the problem is the turn - should I second barrel for remaining fold equity?
I checked in order to induce some bluff, but that was mistake because of 2 points:
1. I dont have strong made hand, therefore I need more fold equity than bluffs even from weak made hands
2. loose passive guys will rarely bluff
So I think I had to push the turn
As played, river is fine.

$0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]UTG1$8.64:///////;UTG2$5.25:///////;MP1$7.31:///////;MP2$37.54:///////;MP3(Hero)$5.35:///////;CO$16.19:///////;BU$10.73:///////;SB$17.02:///////;BB$4.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q:d, A:h.
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, CO calls $0.85, 3 folds.

Flop: ($2.05) T:s, 9:c, J:c (2 players)
Hero bets $1.00, CO calls $1.00.

Turn: ($4.05) 2:d (2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks.

River: ($4.05) A:s (2 players)
Hero bets $3.50(All-In), CO calls $3.50.

Final Pot: $11.05.

Hey oeadipa,

c-bet bigger, but I see you already know that.

If villain is really loose-passive, then I like to just c/f unless improved, because against loose-passive villain you will not achieve enough FE with a push nor you can play check/call, because loose-passive will too seldom bluff and you don't have a strong bluff catcher anyway.

As played, nice river shove with TPTK for value.
