[Closed] AJs ugly river card

i´m not a big fan of the preflop overlimp anymore. not you are 4 handed on the flop without any information... depending on the UTG limper an iso raise doesn´t look like the worst option to me.

as played i like the flop and the turn bet. turn is just the perfect blank and you have to protect against several draws. you can´t do anything on the river...

I kind of like raising this preflop, but stats/.. are relevant here (watch out for supernits :p)

pretty much the "isolating the fish" concept, he is stupid enough to call preflop and fold on flop to your cbet --> lots of money for you

I like it as played, about preflop I think anything is good (raise 200/limp/fold), depending on opponents.

I think I lead out for pot here since we want to make draws pay here and we are up against lots of opps.

Assuming we get called I may just check it down and call a reasonble bet on a safe river. We could protect, but our hand is not so good that we necessarily want to be going broke with it.

As played, you have to fold to the riverbet (however much it sucks).

i would iso-raise pre vs loose limper

but rest looks good

I don't like raising pre, UTG limps and 4 players behind us, not the best spot for AJs imho.
