if player pfr is 13, then I think it is smt like 7% UTG, which means you get called or 4-bet a lot
I´d prefer call pf. Postflop is fine, although since he is UTG you can also got o c/r, although bet/3-bet is likely the same

The question is not whether it is profitable or not, the question is whether it is the most profitable move.
And i think a call has most certainly a higher EV than a squeeze because the opponents range is tight so you have good implied odds.

At the flop i'd lead, too.
If it gets checked around it is catastrophical for your hand not only because there are tons of scarecards for you but because these cards are scarecards for your opponents, too.
Another reason is, that if the opponent has any kind of hand he's at least calling, so you most certainly don't miss out on value.

And i think 3betting is inevitable, if you call the same reasoning for the scarecards applies and if your opponent is willing to get a TP/overpair in at the turn he's most likely also getting it in at the flop.

Squeezing with pocket pairs is just plain bad. We are rarely dealt pocket pairs and we hit sets very seldom. So we should always aim to see a flop with our pairs. There are so many other random junk that we can and should squeeze with like KXs, JXs etc
