Stacks:
UTG ($67.80)
UTG+1 ($22.60)
CO ($25.60)
BTN ($102)
SB ($115)
Hero (BB) ($100)

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 6 players) Hero is BB 9♥ 7♦
4 folds, SB raises to $3, Hero calls $2

Flop: 9♦ K♦ 8♣ ($6, 2 players)
SB bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50

Turn: 10:club: ($15, 2 players)
SB bets $11, Hero calls $11

River: Q♣ ($37, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $27, SB calls $27

Final Pot: $91

He steals 42% from SB, so I thought I could make the call, but maybe a 3bet is better?! Maybe I should raise the flop because he has 71% fold cbet to raise. I think I can call the turn because of 2barrell possibilities and my extra outs. River I thought I could bet this scary board, maybe it was too small or should I just check behind?

All stats over more than 7k hands, more on request.

my line would be often raise flop, since he can´t really continue a lot of hands after I raise flop and threaten to bet turn
if you think your hand is fine on the turn then I´d prefer a lot more turning my hand into bluff and raise to 25$ and then fold to shove
It is almost never exploitable, since turn raises are close to 100% two pair or better and when you got shoved you´re likely behind and can fold your hand
Betting river is ok, but Ax hands won´t really call you there. Not sure how often he´d bet turn 8x/9xTx on the turn. He´d c/c Kx and Qx on the river. So I would just check behind

I think i'd either 3bet or fold preflop, but most likely i'd fold and take hands like K2s to 3bet.

97o is dominated and has prettybad playability.

As played i'd likely call the flop, too.
The plan is to either check down the hand on blank turn and river cards or represent a lot of draws if they get there.

At the turn i'd either raise or fold, your J outs are basically all tainted because of his Ax hands and if you hit a 6 you don't have much implied odds either.

nh, just coz u lost u shouldnt feel bad abt it

he doesnt have Jx too often, ofc since we didnt hit we MUST bet river coz board is superscary and he is giving up a lot of better hands to a bet /low 2pair,Tx, Qx, bare Kx also has difficulty, tho many of those hands are 2pair hands which can advocate a bigger bet on river, depending on how loose he is in calling.

cb on river would be terribly poor play. if he has a sd hand he always beats u and he even gets the read u re weak ip for free.

Thanks.

He was holding KJ and even needed some time to make the river call.

I think when he tanked with a straight it was because he had to make a decision between calling and raising - not calling and folding ;)
