Villain: VPIP:32 PFR:18 3bets 5% WTS: 28 AF:4.0 (donks 23%) call SB 31% 1 k hands

Weird spot here since I never had to handle overbets in any kinda way. It really doesnt make any sense what he does here. If he had a strong holding, he would mostly check this flop, since I am cbetting this bout 100%. The turn bet is again very small and therefore probably never super strong, since he most likely would be goin 4 value with a bigger bet. Now all of a sudden he overbets the river. CAll it off here since it makes absolutely no sense here or take the safe approach and fold since the price is so terrible and people dont always play "reasonable"???

I'd call.
He doesn't have many 3s in his range, he does have some Ks in his range but he's sometimes checking them on the turn and he's not always overbetting them at the river - so they make up for a very small part of his range.

This looks like he's either trying to bluff you or to move you off a split.
It could even be a weird "valuebet" from a small pocket pair with which he thinks he can get you to call a randomhand because you split vs any unpaired hand - doesn't make much sense, but on the other hand he plays 32/18.
