Opponent is very loose, but river card sucks so hard, what should I do? I have 8.30$ left so can't shove, neither bet/fold. Should I bet/call and hope he has A? Would check/call be option here? I think this villain can bet worse on this board.

If unsure I would check call to limit the damage and possibly induce a bluff.

I'd be interested to see what a more expert opinion would have to say.

I would check / call river. You can't fold, but your are not sure to be ahead.
Try to see ShowDown for cheap.

Hey jenoc,

a standard line on the river would be bet(3.5$)/fold to get value from Ax hands and against a raise from normal opponent you're always behind on double paired board.

The question is how aggressive is this opponent, if you think he is capable of bluffing river and always betting Ax hands, then I like check/call on the river, but if he is just loose(passive) then I prefer a standard line. If he is some kind of maniac, then you could even bet/call river, but from preflop, flop and turn action I don't think he is a maniac.
