Preflop: Hero is BB with Q:s, J:h.
MP2 folds, MP3 raises to $1.00, CO folds, BU calls $1.00, SB calls $0.90, Hero raises to $4.50, MP3 folds, BU calls $3.50, SB folds.

Flop: ($11) Q:d, 8:h, 6:h (2 players)
Hero bets $7.00, BU raises to $16.00,

MP3 and SB were normal TAGs with high fold to 3-bet. I had BU at 20/20 over 10 hands. Is this good enough for a squeeze or should I simply avoid it because BU almost is an unknown?

And as played, what do I do when I hit the queen? I would probably always follow up with a continuation bet on this kind of board. What do I do if he comes over the top?

And let's say he calls my c-bet, what do I do on the turn?

i dont think you will see him make a lot of calls on that kind of board ^^

I would not squeeze with QJ, it is okay to play in mwp but u can never hit good its like 3betting with KJ, you can never hit and get a decent payout. (besides you do have little card removal with qj)

Id like to advise you to let the hand go on flop but if u do that you're basically admitting that it was a stupid hand to 3bet in the first place ^^

I think you can also call pf QJ, since it plays ok postflop
If you squeeze then you have to shove that flop, since he has enough times bluffs or draws, maybe sometimes even QT that would call shove
