Against such fish you want to isolate with broadways and PPs, I would avoid raising with low suited connectors here, OOP against passive fish this is distinctly -EV play. Just fold preflop.

As played flop I would bet potsize, turn shove.

You´re likely going to shove anyway on any turn, so flop bet size is ok
