I am way more inclined to raise this preflop, especially if CO's fold to cbet is above 50% (SB is probably never calling if he is decent because he would raise any good hand himself instead of completing the SB).

We are 1) building the pot if we hit something 2) creating dead money on the flop for us to steal a large % of the time.

I think rest is fine

SB doesn't really look decent to me with 33/15...

if opponent plays fit or fold postflop, i will isolate him like crazy even OOP.

I guess in this hand a check is fine as well. Just play your draw passively vs these donks because you can expect to get paid when you hit

As for the hand: Preflop and flop are ok imo, but i'd check the turn.

You don't have enough foldequity to make the bet +EV because it is a rare occasion that both of them fold.
