yeah, slovenia is completely tax free regarding online poker (and probably casino poker as well) :).

Czech Republic is as well.. but you haf to pay social and medical insurence by yourself.. but no further taxes from poker earnings..

i think greece too althought i am not 100% sure and i dont know where to check it

Finland, if your winnings come from European sites (within EEA). You have to pay taxes for winnigs from PokerStars and FTP though..

I guess it is the same and common practice in most of the EU countries..
