A flat wouldn't be so bad in position. When you are OOP, I don't like it that much, especially when you are in the SB and the BB is still behind who might flat as well.

Anyway vs this guy I would be abusing 3bets on him to the point where he starts looking me up with weak hands.

For this hand, I would 3bet preflop especially if I have aggressive image (>6/7 3bet%)

Check/calling turn is perfectly alright if you think he will fire the river. If not I rather check/raise turn.

nah, I wasn't really 3betting him that often, and I just want to balance my check-raising hands and if I 3betted him, he would often fold, I just think I can get more value by flatting. And I would love bb to coldcall.... More action, and probably not that reversed implied since he could flat a lot hands and could easily donate me some bigblinds with weak TP's.

I guess I don't have much of a question in this hand since c-raising turn is just ridiculous.

I like everything except the turn check/call combined with the rivercheck.
He's going to check back all medium hands on the river and he's almost never 3barrel-bluffing.
If he was a good aggro player he wouldn't play 18/15.

So i'd either lead out on the river or c/r the turn.
Both options feel like overplaying the hand, but a player like him might even check back a hand like KQ, so you potentially lose a lot of value by checking.
