To summarize it: You're in a pot with absolutely nothing and your opponents are likely not going to fold.

Seems like an easy check on the flop to me ;).

Btw: If i'm betting the flop i'd make it big with the intention of firing big on the turn to get them to fold a lot of weak hands.
But it's still pretty thin, so i prefer checking on the flop.
