have been having problems with the quiz. whenever i start it, the quiz actually starts, but whenever i select the answer it reloads the page and shows the same answer. The timer is ticking down but it still only shows the first question.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't a problem I've encountered before. Please contact our customer support team who will be able to provide you will help on this matter (link below):
It is probably best if you don't try the quiz again until support team contact you as you will only get 5x chances to pass.
