Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.05/$0.1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K:c, K:d.
2 folds, UTG2 calls, MP1 raises, MP2 folds, Hero 3-Bets, 3 folds, BB calls, UTG2 calls, MP1 calls(All-In).

Flop: (12 SB) 9:h, T:s, 5:c (3 players)
BB checks, UTG2 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG2 folds.

Turn: (7 BB) 6:c (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

River: (9 BB) 4:c (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 13 BB.

Normally to a river raise on a board like this I would fold alot of the time because I've almost always run into the flush/straight here. But based on the flop why should he be drawing to this? I thought this looked like a bluff trying to use the board more than anything, or maybe a lucky two pair so I had to call down.
Was there any sense in folding?

i divinek
without very good reads i snapcall it. a bunch of straight draws busted and with the given potsize that´s more than enough to justify a call
