Turn: ($2.18) 3♥ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.72, UTG calls $0.72.

River: ($3.62) J♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

Final Pot: $3.62

Give him some credit , he held J3s ;)
Bets below HPSB dont make much sense in general especially when you dont hold a very strong hand. You should bet big if you had recognized from previous hands that he is such a fish.

He had just joined the room so no reads on him whatsoever. My guess is his fold button was broke

Still bet $2 on the Turn, a Q would might raise you and you want to protect against a OESD here as well.

I would bet ~$1.75 here on the turn. Let him pay for his draws and weaker hands.
