Since you have position and you should also want to protect a little your overpair I would b/f turn, since I doubt he is c/r me again with worse hands
3$ is fine bet size and also if he calls and river is ugly card you can take your free showdown rather than guessing if he is bluffing or not.
River as played: I think call is reasonable, 5x is not a lot in his range, so he is maybe bluffing there with 89 or just valuebetting AJ
