I recently took a month off from work to play poker full time to see how it goes. I was playing 10 tables of $5 SNG. I made about 400 dollars but then became very angry at the novice players. Any advice if I should play less tables or different limits? Or anything that can help me get back into better playing?

Ask yourself do you want to play better players where you will very likely be less profitable?
I'm sorry but my first piece of advice would be not to quit your dayjob to play poker. It's way easier to make money while working than from the tables.
