Hello,

Flop: Considering what kind of opponent he is, against a aggressive opponent I might do Check/Raise here but against some passive one I am betting out myself and trying to extract value.
Turn: Pretty standard bet for value.
River: Bet/Fold would be my line here, I don't expect him to ever raise here with air so we are in best case getting split, he will very often show us a FH here or a better straight. Don't think that he would raise there with trips.

Also please don't post results, they may affect evaluations.
