Lol, i went silver in 10 days... is it normal? or should i change my game...? i usually play 0.25/0.50c Heads UP... is this too high for my bankroll?

By reg date you're probably off BRM
Therefore busto in same time you got silver...

If you don't have at least 1k in your acc and it's 0.25/0.50 NL then yeah

You can quite easily reach silver status in 10 days playing FR NL2. I did in just over 10 days, but I didn't play all that many hands...
