I've been working hard to get the silver level status. But now I've reached it, it says I have minus 3 PSpoints? Do I still need something to do?

no it says how many point you need to become silver; and it says -3, which means that you must have 103 points, it will update later and tell you how many points you need to go to gold and ofc update your rank.

as Optroot already explained, it might take a while for the status to update. This is caused by a delay in the synchronization between two of our databases.
