Hi,

If he's bad it's fine not much you can do.

If he's some kind of decent tag that flop really sucks, because his range when he raise/calls out of position from UTG will be skewed towards TT-QQ, and the rest of the hands in his range like AQ/pocket pairs are like 2-outing against you. I'd check back that flop, call a bet on pretty much any turn / bet it myself if he doesn't and pretty much the same on the river, except i might fold to a nit betting into me twice.
