$50 starting capital Help plssss

I failed the quiz 4x then passed it on my last try. I got the email about the $50.
I already chose my Platform at PartyPoker..However i got a slight problem

I can assure you that this is my first to ever to receive the $50.
It says verify my Identification. Which data should i verify? The data here in Pokerstrategy or the one in PartyPoker.? Because the data i entered for PartyPoker was BabyRad, and it is my sons name and he is 1 year old right now.
The data i entered here as RudolfRyan is correct.

So what should i do?

Should i make a new account on different site?
Or is there any way?

You should email support about your situation, click on help and make a ticket to talk with support.

regarding the conflict, i still sent my 2pcs ID for verification.

Pokerstrategy emailed me and said i sent the wrong data. I sent my drivers license and 1 ID... Where do i view the data here in the site?

Hi rudolfryan,

Sometimes you can view the details you input on the Profile screen, however it is often hidden for your own protection.

Profile Settings page

Please liaise with the support team, advise them your correct details and reason for inputing anything different from that.

I think its hidden..cant view anything but those poker platforms.

I dont know what to do now.
I guess im not that lucky for the free $50 starting capital..

My Drivers license and ID shows rudolfryan.

Still they cant confirm that I am Rudolf Ryan. So sad
