the villain is pretty much unknown, just calls at about 27/10 overall in 60 hands, therefore doesn't say too much

It seems like there's pretty much nothing that I could possibly beat that would raise, rather than just call my river bet. It must therefore be a lay down right?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.5/$1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]CO$91.00:///////;BU$81.85:///////;SB$102.80:///////;BB(Hero)$125.80:///////;MP2$120.60:///////;MP3$30.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q:d, Q:h.
MP2 folds, MP3 calls $1.00, CO folds, BU calls $1.00, SB calls $0.50, Hero raises to $6.00, 2 folds, SB calls $5.00.

Flop: ($14) 2:s, 7:h, 4:s (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8.00, SB calls $8.00.

Turn: ($30) T:s (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $15.00, SB calls $15.00.

River: ($60) 3:c (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $25.00, SB raises to $73.80(All-In), Hero calls $48.80.

Final Pot: $207.6.

edit; sorry, forgot to say. I'm pretty sure the call is wrong, but should I be playing bet/fold or check behind on river?

Don´t like the betsizing.
I´m betting at least 11 on the Flop and 20-24 on the turn for value and free SD.
River vbet is thin and i would consider it if i had more reads. As played its a fold when he c/r.

this. bet more on turn for free sd! R on this limis i dont think u have any thinvalue vs 27/10 type of opp which is a passive fish who slowplay till R regularly ;)
