CO checks, Hero bets $1.75, CO raises to $4.00, Hero calls $2.25.

Turn: ($10.35) 2:h (2 players)
CO bets $6.00, Hero calls $6.00.

River: ($22.35) 9:h (2 players)
CO bets $15.25(All-In), Hero calls $15.25.

Final Pot: $52.85.

I had the impression he wasn't the best player. his stats in my db at this moment are VPIP 47/FPR 21/AF 7.0 on 21 hands.

Is it okay to call him down?

Sample size is small, so his stats may be a little off, but they show fishy tendencies.

i would just go broke on flop vs him. He seems very aggressive (may not be so aggressive due to small sample) and may raise here with every draw and also goes broke with them.

Just go broke on the flop and get him all in with his draws or Tx. There are too many action killing cards that can come on the turn, so we'd better put the money in now ;-)
