Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.5/$1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T:c, K:d.
Hero raises, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4.5 SB) 3:s, 5:c, 6:s (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) K:h (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

River: (3.25 BB) 9:c (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Final Pot: 5.25 BB.
BB is 29/17/29/2.6 only 50 hands.
Check turn, c/c river was my initial plan. I wasn't sure about c/r, it would probably be overplaying. Pot was small so that's why I wanted bluff induce. Even if he doesn't bet the river, as in this case, he would probably call with a lot of worse hands, that he could have folded the turn? Was this the best line in terms of value.

BB looks somehow like a TAG and I assume he would raise draws as well as made hands on the flop. So his range mainly consists of unimproved overcards and maybe some Ax-draws which he didn't raise due to his showdown value.

But it's questionable whether you'll see a bluffbet from a TAG-like player here.
You would bet almost every hand because the K is a perfect scare card for you. So your check behind is most often a sign of showdown ambitions and he can't give himself much fold equity against you.

But at least you give him the chance to improve to a 2nd best hand or get him to call with A high on the river. Most hands would have to fold to a turn bet.

Against passive players who might play draws and weak pairs passive in this spot, it's a clear bet for value.

I think it's a valuebet against any player. Your hand is way too strong for a check behind and as your will use the K :heart: as a bluff as well you will get called down pretty loose. With a check behind you also weaken your bluffs as if he knows that you check behind strong hands here he will call a lot when you bet on bluffs.
