Almost no-brainer raise on the flop for me.You want to protect against all possible overcard combos and since you are OOP passive way is most often wrong.

Turn is actually pretty good since its quite a blank and if you raise flop I would also bet the turn.River is close but I think playing c/c can be fine on this river as there are a few busted draws(8T,FD,JT,...)

As played you have to call on the river as he may easily bet anything on this river since its a good scarecard

I think c/c is good against this very tight player. Against a normal TAG I would go for a c/r.
The turn card is good for you as you have a gutshot by now.

If he bets the river again it might be a fold against this player. He is a rock so far. And if we assume that he doesn't bet A high hands your equity should go down a lot.

Against tighter/straigthforward players its even better to play it agressively since you can easily lay it down on the turn raise.

No way to fold it on the river.He has 1,9AF so he will bluff JT,QT,... which is far from enough getting 1:6

Right, I agree on the c/r flop line.

But I'm not that sure about the river. He plays 19/13 with 1.9 AF and that is rather nitty from my point of view. My experience tells me that these players rarely 3-barrel as a bluff. Only the sample size bothers me somehow within this argumentation.

There is a difference between 2 or this river.Thinking player will often give up a bluff on a blank as he expects you cant fold anything.So in such a spot folding is definately an option.Here on the ther hand river is not a blank it is actually a big scarecard as he very well represent something with a king.
I think what this card will very often do is it will polorise his range between very good hand and pure bluffs as he will often check some A7,88 hands behind.Taking this into a consideration makes calling even better for me

Hm, maybe I'm too weak to fold against these rocks because I don't expect them to think of anything but their absolute hand strength.
