[Closed] Adjusting to high rake and other things

So I'm playing at Ongame atm, where the rake is about 3.7BB/100 where I usually do 2.5BB/100 of rake at fulltilt.

The other thing is, most players are either 60/30 LAGs or 70/15 semi-aggressives.

How should I adjust my preflop ranges?

I'd say, kick out the bottom end of your raising ranges to avoid marginal spots where you loose your edge to the rake.

Also I'd be more selective in raising/isolating when LAGs sit to my left. They 3bet a lot and give you a tough competition postflop oop without initiative.

Forget about loose isolations for example with a 60/30 behind you in the blinds where you're on the BU you can't isolate a loose/passive with J8o/K6o anymore etc.

If you followed the approx chart to the tee, while isolating loosely when there are nits behind you surely you can't go wrong.

This includes 3-betting lighter than before because of their loose opening ranges, it's gonna be very high variance.
